General Feeling Among Users
The OZMO 930 has won the hearts of many of its users. A lot of them are excited about it and has a lot of good things to say.
Firstly, almost everyone is impressed with how well it cleans. They say that is good at picking up dirt and debris. Those that own pets admire how well it deals with their hair.
Secondly, the navigation system was also something they were impressed about. It maps the entire floor and moves around seamlessly. It easily identifies obstacles and falls and it rarely gets stuck.
Thirdly, they like that it can mop and how well it does it. They say that the Deebot OZMO 930 truly avoids carpets when it is in mopping mode. A certain user said that it mops his entire floor with a single full tank.
What caught our eyes and got us impressed is that the majority of the people who had complaints still had something good to say about the vacuum.
Some complaints…
Most of the complaints we saw were about the app. They say it is difficult to connect it to the robot and its usage is also a bit cumbersome.
Some of them also complained about having difficulties generating the full map of your floor which is needed for the robot to work optimally. They also say that the map sometimes gets wiped from the robot’s memory.
